EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) - An Altoona man accused of child abuse was in court Tuesday.
Online court records show that Kevin Tadder, 35, was bound over for trial after a judge found that there was probable cause that a crime was committed. Taddler is facing two counts of physical abuse of a child.
The complaint says the two children told police that Tadder, who is their mother's boyfriend, would make them stand in a corner, on their tip-toes with their arms above their heads for 8 minutes, and then would make them do push-ups and other exercise as a punishment.
He is due back in court in court next Tuesday.
