EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- The man accused of telling his wife he hired a hitman to hurt her faced a judge Tuesday.
Online court records show Keith Napolitano, 53, was bound over for trial Tuesday.
The criminal complaint says he is facing four more charges after it says he called his ex-wife, Jennifer Napolitano, and telling her he had hired someone to hurt her and another man.
The complaint says he allegedly paid a friend $4,000 to carry out the hit.
He was previously charged with leading police on a chase back in June while he was drunk.
He is due back in court in January.
