EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- Deputies arrested a man accused of pointing a weapon at several people in a mobile home.
J.D. Dullinger, 21, is free on a signature bond after appearing in Eau Claire County court on Thursday. Eau Claire County Sheriff Ron Cramer says his department took a report on Monday of someone outside a mobile home in Fairchild who may be suicidal. Deputies responded to the home to check on that person. Sheriff Cramer says Dullinger had been drinking before they got there, and that he's accused of pointing a gun at several people inside the home. Cramer says he's also accused of making a threat that he would kill officers, and that he was considered a danger to others. No shots were fired. Cramer says deputies arrested Dullinger, and that he did not cooperate with them.
A judge set a signature bond on Thursday. No criminal charges have been filed in the case.
