EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)-- A man accused of bringing out a loaded handgun during an argument with a neighbor in Eau Claire is found competent to stand trial.
Online court records show 49-year-old James Davis pleaded not guilty in September. On Thursday the court found him competent to stand trial.
Davis is charged with five counts including recklessly endangering safety in connection with an argument that happened on Crescent Avenue in July.
His jury trial is scheduled for February 14th.
