EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)-- A man accused of pulling out a loaded handgun during an argument with a neighbor pleaded no contest and was found guilty in Eau Claire County court.

Online court records show 49-year-old James Davis made the plea to felony possession of a firearm. Four other counts were dismissed but read in.

Officers say the argument happened in July at a home in Eau Claire. Davis was found with a gun, knife, and electric weapon. No one was hurt.

He's scheduled to be sentenced March 5th.
