MENOMONIE, Wis. (WEAU) -- A man is accused of recording video of a woman undressing in a bathroom without her permission.

The Dunn County Sheriff's Office arrested James Kernan, 55, after serving a search warrant at a home in the Town of Tainter. Deputies took a report from a 25-year-old woman on Tuesday, who said she was at Picture Perfect Photography, which is at the home. She told investigators that she found what appeared to be a hidden video camera in the bathroom, and that a memory card in the camera had video of her undressing.

Deputies say they have no indication that video was recorded of any other patrons of the business without their permission. As of Wednesday afternoon, no criminal charges were filed in the case.
