MENOMONIE, Wis. (WEAU)-- A man who was hurt while running from police has now been charged with several counts, including domestic abuse.

A criminal complaint accuses 25-year-old Joshua Morrow of Menomonie of threatening a woman with a knife, and trying to strangle and suffocate her.

Morrow was being treated at the Menomonie hospital for an injury involving the dispute when police say he ran from officers and into traffic and was hit by a car. Morrow was then taken to an Eau Claire hospital.
