Man admits at church to sexually assaulting girls

BUFFALO COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU)-- A Buffalo County man is arrested and faces several sexual assault charges after police say he admitted to having sexual relations with multiple underage girls.

The criminal complaint says 51-year-old Herman Nissley of Mondovi is charged with four counts of sexual assault of a child under 13.

It says during a church service, Herman stood up and admitted he had sexual interactions with several underage girls. Herman told investigators the assaults happened about 8 years ago. The criminal complaint says he inappropriately touched one girl, and exposed himself to several others.

If convicted he could face 200 years in prison.
