A Webster man was arrested for driving under the influence with two children in the car.

The Wisconsin State Patrol said 39-year-old Kini Hart was arrested early Saturday morning near Spooner at State Highway 70 and Walberg Road for his 1st OWI.

Hart refused a field sobriety test and was cited for speeding and operating without a valid license. He was taken to the Burnett County Jail.

A second passenger was also taken in for a warrant. Troopers said in addition to the two children, there was a valid, sober driver inside the car.
