Man arrested for 7th OWI in Eau Claire Co.
EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- A man is behind bars after getting his 7th OWI.
Troopers arrested 54-year-old Leo Owen of Eau Claire for drunk driving on Saturday morning.
A trooper stopped Owen for driving dangerously on I-94 near mile marker 74.
He was arrested for his 7th OWI.
