Man arrested for leaving courthouse while waiting for verdict
(WEAU) - Deputies say a La Crosse man who was on trial left the courtroom before the jury reached a verdict.
The Vernon County Sheriff's Department says on Thursday, Christopher Molzahn, 49, was found guilty of stalking and felony bail jumping, but before the jury read their verdict, deputies say Molzahn took off.
A warrant was issued for his arrest and he was found around 12:30 Sunday morning at a bar in La Crosse.
He's now in a detention center.
