Police say the three jumped another person at Memorial Park but were stopped by a good Samaritan before causing anymore harm.

DURAND, Wis. (WEAU) -- One of the men connected to the beating of a Durand man is bound over for trial Tuesday.

Online court records show Tyler LaRose, 21, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday, binding him over for trial.

The criminal complaint says he and two other men, Nelson Stewart,17, and Cody Angel, 20, forced their way into Austin Healey's Durand home, beating him up, stealing a bass guitar and damaging the house.

The three were arrested later that night after they tried attacking another person at Memorial Park.
