Man charged in Ladysmith apartment/bar fire
(WEAU) - We have new information Monday night as charges have been filed in connection with the fire at a Ladysmith bar two weeks ago.
Brett Cox, 26, is charged with arson of a building without the owner's consent and 1st degree recklessly endangering safety. The fire chief says Cox lives in the apartment directly above the Finish Line Sports Bar, along with another adult and three children.
Investigators say Cox called 911 to report the fire.
No one was hurt.
