EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)-- The man accused of robbing an Eau Claire Subway restaurant has been charged.

It happened back in October at the Subway on Eddy Lane. Police say Jones put a gun to the back of a worker's head and demanded the safe be opened. No shots were fired.

According to the criminal complaint, Jones' girlfriend at the time worked at the store and gave him information on the store and safe.
