Man charged in drive-by shooting is found guilty

Laciura is scheduled to be sentenced May 12th.

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)-- The man charged in connection with a drive-by shooting in Eau Claire made a plea in court.

21-year-old Jonathan Laciura pleaded no contest and was found guilty of 1st-degree recklessly endangering safety, as party to a crime. Two other counts were dismissed but read-in.

The criminal complaint says in late September, a man told police 20-year-old Kayla Wilbur drove past his house with Laciura in the passenger seat. He says Laciura fired three shots at the house.
