EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)-- A man found guilty of first-degree recklessly endangering safety has been sentenced to three years in prison.
22-year-old Jonathan Laciura was also ordered to serve five years of extended supervision.
Laciura was charged in connection with a drive-by shooting in Eau Claire. The criminal complaint says a man told police 20-year-old Kayla Wilbur drove past his house with Laciura in the passenger seat. The witness said Laciura fired three shots at the house. No one was hurt.
