PEPIN COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU)-- An Arkansaw man is accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl.
20-year-old Zachary McDonnell is charged with sexual assault of a child in Pepin County.
The criminal complaint says McDonnell and the girl communicated through Facebook and sent explicit messages back and forth. The girl told investigators McDonnell picked her up from her Eau Claire home and the two drove to Pepin County where they had sex.
McDonnell admitted to sending the messages but denied having sex with her.
