EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)-- An Eau Claire man charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl, waved his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday.
48-year-old Larry Johnson was in Eau Claire County court Tuesday afternoon. Earlier this month, investigators say Johnson admitted to sexually assaulting the girl for years.
According to the criminal complaint, police found out the 15-year-old delivered a baby in her home. It was later determined the baby died from being suffocated.
Police say the girl told them Johnson had sexually abused her several times. The complaint says Johnson told investigators he was likely the father of the baby.
