Man ends up with life-threatening injuries in motorcycle crash

ALMA, Wis. (BUFFALO COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT NEWS RELEASE) - On Wednesday July 24, 2013 at approximately 8:11pm the Buffalo County Sheriff's Office received a call of a lone motorcycle crash with injury on Indian Creek Rd. just off of Hwy. 35 in the Township of Milton.

A 2003 Harley Davidson Motorcycle driven by (David) Hentges (50, of Fountain City) was eastbound on Indian Creek Road when he lost control and crashed. Hentges was transported by Mayo Air Ambulance with life threatening injuries.

Assisting Buffalo County Sheriff's Office at the scene was Fountain City Police Department, Winona Area Ambulance , Fountain City First Responders , Fountain City Fire Department and Mayo One Air Ambulance.

The crash remains under investigation by Buffalo County Sheriff's Office.
