TOWN OF PORT EDWARDS, Wis. (AP) -- Wood County sheriff's official say the man whose body was found along a river trail accidentally asphyxiated.

Sheriff's Lt. Quentin Ellis says the 33-year-old man somehow had gotten into a position where he couldn't move and couldn't breathe. Some teenagers found the man's body Wednesday evening on the trail in the Town of Port Edwards.
