(WEAU) - One of the men involved in a deadly stabbing will go to prison for decades and is ordered to stop having ties to a gang.
Sawyer County court records show 19-year-old Caleb Miller's no contest pleas got him 40 years in prison and 15 years extended supervision for a charge of first degree reckless homicide as party to a crime and aggravated battery with intent to do great bodily harm. He's also ordered to not have any association with the Latin King gang.
Officers say in April, Miller and another man killed John B. McDaniel, 23, at a home near Hayward and stabbed two other people, sending them to the hospital.
