ST. CROIX COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) -- A man has now pleaded guilty to setting a fire at a St. Croix County Elementary School.
Justin Walter Nelson, 25 of Roberts pleaded guilty to a charge of arson of a building in court on Friday.
Three other charges were dismissed.
Investigators say in late April, Nelson stole prescription drugs from the nurses office at St. Croix Central Elementary and also stole electronics before setting the fire.
The complaint says he told his brother he broke into the school and started the fire.
