COLFAX, Wi. (WEAU) -- A man who had a sexual assault of a child trial thrown out of court has now pleaded guilty to a different charge.
The Dunn County District Attorney's Office says Michael Fodness, 45, has pleaded guilty to one count of child enticement by giving or selling drugs.
Fifteen other counts including multiple counts of sexual assault of a child were read in and dismissed.
The Colfax man was accused of having sexual contact with several girls.
In February -- prosecutors say Fodness' trial ended after a judge ruled a video the prosecution played unfairly mentioned his prior record.
Sentencing is scheduled for November.
He faces up to 25 years in prison.
