RUSK COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) -- Two more people have been charged in connection to the death of an Eau Claire man.
According a criminal complaint from the Rusk Co. DA’s office, 49-year-old Timothy Zamsky of Holcombe and 57-year-old Thomas Sadowski of Ladysmith were both charged with hiding a body as party to a crime. Sadowski is also charged with possession of a short-barreled shotgun/rifle.
Larry Fernandez is accused of strangling Frederick Brian Harvey to death in Eau Claire last summer.
The criminal complaint says Harvey’s body was buried on Sadowski's property while Zamsky helped dig the hole to hide the bod.
A status conference is scheduled for Fernandez on April 12.
