BARRON COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) A Barron County man will spend the next 30 days in jail, after admitting to being involved in a fight that lead to a woman getting fatally hit by a car.

Online court records show 26-year-old Ryan Mazurek pleaded no contest Tuesday to charges of battery and disorderly conduct.

The criminal complaint says he and 26-year-old Benjamin Biron are accused of getting into a fight that spilled into the parking lot of a bar.

The argument then lead to 35-year-old Michelle Lowe getting run over by their car as they drove off.

Mazurek was the passenger in the car.

Biron, who was driving, has been charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and hit and run.
