(WEAU) - A man is now charged with breaking into a woman's home and threatening to kill her and her kids.

Jack Bauer, 20, faces six counts, including burglary and felony intimidation. The Barron County Sheriff's Department says last week Bauer broke into the home with a screwdriver and threatened the mother of his child. She was eventually able to get away with the child.
When deputies got to the home, Bauer ran off.

They found him about an hour later hiding near some trees.
