Man dies from injuries sustained in moped crash
(WEAU) - A moped crash left one man dead this weekend in Vernon County.
The sheriff's department says Bobby Livangood, 63, crossed the center line while driving a moped on Central Avenue in Coon Valley on Saturday afternoon. It says he then sideswiped by a semi.
Livangood was taken to a hospital in La Crosse, but succumbed to his injuries on Sunday.
