Man dies in one car accident in Vernon County
(WEAU) - One person is dead after a one car crash Tuesday night in Vernon County.
The Vernon County Sheriff's Department says it happened on State Highway 82 in the Town of Sterling around 10:30 p.m. It says Gordon Morris, 74, of Desoto left the highway and struck a tree. Deputies say Morris, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
They say the cause of the accident might have been medical related.
