Man sentenced to jail for killing woman in 2009 car crash

NEILLSVILE, Wis. (WEAU) - A Clark County man will spend 90 days in jail after he was convicted of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle.

Court documents show Dennis Martin, 24, of Withee will also have to do 240 hours of community service.

The Clark County Sheriff's Department says in July of 2009, Martin was driving a truck that hit a car driven by a 42-year-old woman, killing her.
