Manager of car wash accused of stealing and using woman's credit card

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)--The manager of a car wash in Eau Claire is accused of stealing a credit card from someone's vehicle.

Wayne Taylor of Chippewa Falls is charged with one count of identity theft and one count of misdemeanor theft. He's accused of taking a credit card from a woman's vehicle at Ship Shape Car Wash in Eau Claire in February and using it five different times over two days.

According to court documents, video surveillance at the store where the card was used helped identify Taylor.
