EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- Manpower says it is hiring for 500 jobs in the Chippewa Valley.
The organization made the announcement on Thursday. It says the available jobs are short-term and long-term. They include forklift driver, customer service, metal fabricator, welder, clerical support, assemblers, production, information technology, engineering, and accounting positions.
A spokeswoman for the group says it's exciting to see growth in area businesses, and all the opportunities that are available to job seekers. Manpower has job fairs scheduled for Bloomer on July 16, Fall Creek on July 17, Cadott on July 22, Cornell on July 23, and Strum on July 24. It asks that people contact Manpower to find out exactly when and where the fairs will be held.
