WIAA boys hockey games WILL be played at Hobbs Ice Center: RMB vs. Marshfield 4:30 pm, E.C. Memorial vs. Ashland 7:30 pm
EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) - Memorial High School has announced that its WIAA playoff hockey game against Ashland at Hobbs Ice Center in Eau Claire will go on as scheduled Thursday night.
The school made the announcement late Thursday morning.
The regional semi-final game starts at 7:30 p.m. The district decided to cancel class Thursday because of the weather, but had not made a decision on the hockey game until just after 11 a.m. An email from the school says all other events are canceled.
The regional semifinal scheduled between RMB and Marshfield will be played at Hobbs Ice Center at 4:30 pm.
