CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. (WEAU) -- Real men know how to cook; at least that’s what 25 local guys tried to prove on Saturday during the 'Men Who Cook' event. It was all to benefit the Boy and Girls Club in Chippewa Calls.

WEAU’s own Chris Herzog was one of the celebrity chefs who competed to be top chef. He made a Tropical Coconut Pudding for dessert. But the top chef prize went to Chef Jim Rooney with his Elk Steak Supreme.

Organizers said they raised $22,000 for the first annual event.
