Middle school students kick off Super Bowl party early
Friday afternoon, South Middle School in Eau Claire had a tailgate party to celebrate the Super Bowl and as a reward for positive behavior.

(WEAU) - Some middle school students at South Middle School in Eau Claire kicked off the Super Bowl party a little early.
Friday afternoon, they had a tailgate party to celebrate the Super Bowl and as a reward for positive behavior. Students were able to hang out outside play games, and enjoy food donated by parents.
Organizers say it's a nice change for the students. Partnership Coordinator at South Middle School, Karla Anibas says "It's fun to organize and it gives the kids a nice break and it gives them something to look forward to on a Friday."
