(AP) - Police say the man who killed five people at a Minneapolis sign company last week had been fired for poor performance and lateness just before he started shooting.

A timeline released today by police says Andrew Engeldinger worked his normal shift at Accent Signage Systems on Thursday before receiving his last paycheck.

WCCO-AM reported today that he obtained his guns legally and had completed concealed-carry training.
