(WEAU) – Officers say they found a meth lab in a parked car in Tomah.

The Tomah Police Department says it got a tip call about a possible mobile meth lab in a car parked on Clark Street around 11:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. The department got assistance from the La Crosse County Sheriff Department. A deputy who specializes in handling meth labs discovered items used for making meth.

Police say the scene was closed to traffic for 3 hours.

It says the incident remains under investigation.
