MONDOVI, Wis. (WEAU) -- The city of Mondovi also took time to honor military veterans. The Memorial Day parade took off at the Four Corners intersection with American Legion and VFC leading the way.

The Mondovi High School band marched and played the National Anthem during the Memorial Day service at Mirror Lake Veterans Park, followed by a gun a salute and raising of the flag.

This year the service honored Mondovi’s WWII veterans.
