BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. (WEAU) -- Charges against a man in a reported stabbing near Osseo have been dropped.

Court records show that a felony Aggravated Battery charge and a misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct charge against Richard West, 37, of Osseo were dismissed Thursday. The Jackson County Sheriff's Office arrested West on January 1 at his home after responding to a report of a fight at Whispering Pines Tavern near Osseo.
