NEW INFORMATION: Investigators release photo of suspect in New Auburn robbery

CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. (WEAU) -- Investigators have released a surveillance photo of the suspect in an armed robbery.

On Tuesday, the Chippewa County Sheriff released the photo posted with this story. Sheriff Jim Kowalczyk says the man is suspected of robbing the Bridge Stop convenience store on West Main Street in New Auburn on Sunday night. He's accused of demanding cash and cigarettes. Employees complied, and he left.
