MENOMONIE, Wis. (WEAU) -- A judge has determined that there's enough evidence against a man accused of recording video of a woman undressing to proceed with the case.

Court records show that James Kernan, 55, of Menomonie was bound over for trial on Tuesday. Deputies arrested Kernan in January, when they served a search warrant at a home in the Town of Tainter. Deputies had taken a report from a 25-year-old woman, who said she was at Picture Perfect Photography, which is at the home. She told investigators that she found what appeared to be a hidden video camera in the bathroom, and that a memory card in the camera had video of her undressing.

After Kernan's arrest, deputies said they had no indication that video was recorded of any other patrons of the business without their permission. Kernan is due back in court in July.
