BARRON, Wis. (BARRON COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT NEWS RELEASE) -- On Wednesday, March 12th, 2014, the Barron County Sheriff’s Department arrested three people in connection with the homicide of 33-year old Dan Raven.
All three are being held in the Barron County Jail awaiting formal charges. Trista is being held on the charge of Party to the Crime of 1st degree intentional homicide. Ian is being held on the charge of Party to the Crime of 1st degree intentional homicide. Robert is being held on the charge of Party to the Crime of 1st degree intentional homicide.
The motive behind this case is still being investigated and Trista is the ex-wife of the deceased.
The weapon has been recovered and was a rifle-type weapon.
Complete information will be released by the Barron County District Attorney’s office on Monday, March 17, 2014, during formal charging.

BARRON, Wis. (WEAU) -- Investigators have made three arrests in connection to the death of Daniel Raven.
Barron County Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald made the announcement on Thursday. The department is investigating Raven's death as a homicide. Investigators say Raven was shot to death. His body was found early Monday morning at a home in the Town of Clinton, west of Barron. On Tuesday, the department said it did not believe there was any danger to the public.
The department expects to release more information later Thursday morning.
