RICE LAKE, Wis. (WEAU) -- A woman who had been missing for about a week from a group home in Rice Lake has been found safe.

The Rice Lake Police Department says 18-year-old Trishia Harrison was found in Minnesota Sunday afternoon. Officers did not elaborate on exactly where she was found, but say she was safe and doing well.

Police say Harrison walked away from her group home in Rice Lake on March 22, and never came back. Investigators believed she may have gone willingly with someone who may have ties to the Burnsville, MN area.
