Farmers Market Bounty Grilled Summer Squash Ingredients
For this recipe, all you need to do is to slice up some summer squash. Then, as you desire drizzle some olive oil over the top, with some salt. Mix it together. Then put it on the grill to your desired tenderness. Finally top with jack cheese. Feel free to substitute any vegetables and cheeses.
Tomato Basil Salad Ingredients
-Red Wine vinegar
Start by slicing up some tomatoes. The amount all depends on how many people you wish to feed. After you’re done slicing, drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the top. Then, put some sliced basil on top, along with some sliced red onion. Repeat all the steps above. The salad is meant to be layered for your enjoyment!
Finally, many of us struggle to preserve our vegetables. However there are some easy ways you can. For tomatoes, you can put them in a Ziploc bag and then in the freezer. The secret is to let them dry completely if you rinse them before. Then for corn on the cob, make sure to remove all the corn from the cob and let it dry.
