ONLY ON SUNRISE: Wisconsin fish farms celebrate Aquaculture Day

Menomonie, WI (WEAU) - Wisconsin is famous for its production of dairy on farms, but what about fish? Saturday, July 19 is Aquaculture Day where farms all across Wisconsin give a firsthand look at locally grown fish.

Bullfrog’s Eat My Fish farm in Menomonie has been around since 1994, offering a full service fishing experience. WEAU’s Courtney Everett and Lindsay Veremis ventured out the farm to catch a fish and a glimpse.

If you would like to try your hand at fishing you can take part in the event happening from Noon – 6pm. For more information call this number (715) 664-8775 or visit the website link under the picture.
