Onalaska man arrested for graffiti

LA CROSSE, Wis (WEAU) - The La Crosse Police Department has arrested a man they say has spray painted nearly 40 places.

It says officers caught Bryant Koscianski, 20, arresting him at his home on Kramer Road in Onalaska. Police say it's believed that he spray painted the letters SMEK and NRC on numerous locations and parking ramps in the City of La Crosse.

It says when officers went to his home, they found over 150 cans of spray paint and a practice billboard in his back yard.

It says Koscianski is also facing felony charges in La Crescent, Minnesota from over $1,000,000.00 in graffiti damage to railroad equipment.
