EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)-- One person was taken to the hospital after a crash involving two semis.
It happened around 8:30 a.m. Friday on Interstate 94 near Highway 37 in Eau Claire County.
Lt. Jeff Lorentz with the Wisconsin State Patrol says one of the semis was parked on the shoulder because of engine trouble when another semi came by and rear-ended it.
The driver of the semi that was hit was taken by ambulance to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
One lane of 94, as well as the westbound on-ramp from Highway 37 were closed for about an hour and a half.
The cause of the crash is under investigation. There's no word yet if the driver of the striking semi will be ticketed.

The Department of Transportation says it happened around 8:30 a.m. Friday on Interstate 94 near Highway 37 and 85. The crash involved at least one semi.
Deputies say the right lane is closed while crews clear the scene, as well as the westbound on-ramp from Highway 37. There’s no word yet what caused the crash or if there are any injuries.
