One man injured in La Crosse car-pedestrian accident
La Crosse, Wis. (WEAU) -- La Crosse police are investigating an accident that has sent one person to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
It happened Thursday morning just after 5:30 a.m. on Mormon Coulee Road at South 33rd Street.
Police say the name of the person taken to the hospital was Bernard Lawrence. They describe the accident as a serious vehicle accident involving one vehicle and a pedestrian.
Police say Bernard Lawrence was listed in critical condition at the time of a news release received at about 3:20 p.m.
