Organizers of the RCU Charity Classic thinking about security after Monday's explosions

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)--Organizers of the RCU Charity Classic say they're giving security another thought after Monday's explosions at the Boston Marathon.

Jennifer Block with RCU says while safety efforts have always focused on getting people around safely, she says after what we saw Monday, having a conversation about security is a step in the right direction.

"Obviously we take our planning for the RCU Charity Classic very seriously, we have a group that gets together on a monthly basis. I think it will be just adding a few agenda items to our discussions, what are some things we need to look at? I think some additional volunteer training will take place," Jennifer says.

The RCU Charity Classic takes place this summer on Saturday, June 29th.
