Courtesy: Journal-Sentinel Milwaukee reported Tuesday night that running back James Starks suffered a knee injury in Green Bay's 23-14 win over the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday and is in danger of being placed on injured reserve. Starks would be the 10th player placed on IR.

The report indicated that Starks did not tear his anterior cruciate ligament but with only four games remaining it would make sense for the Packers to place Starks on IR to open a spot on the 53-man roster.

In the fourth quarter of Sunday's game, Vikings cornerback Josh Robinson drilled Starks squarely on the right knee. Starks limped off the field on the 1-yard run and appeared to be in visible pain on the sideline. Still, he reappeared to carry the ball three times for 9 yards on Green Bay's final drive.
