ASHWAUBENON, Wis. (AP) -- The Green Bay Packers' portfolio of property around Lambeau Field continues to grow.

Land records show the Packers own 16 parcels in the area of the stadium valued at nearly $24 million. WLUK-TV reports six years ago, the Packers had eight properties on the west side of the stadium. The team's most recent addition to the Titletown District is a chiropractor's office.

There's been limited development on the land the Packers own around the stadium. Cabela's opened a store this past summer. Packers spokesman Aaron Popkey says the team doesn't currently have any other plans for the property that's vacant. Some of the land still has existing businesses. Kmart sits on the Packers' largest parcel of land. Kmart declined comment on its lease.
